accommodates six persons comfortably in its three bedrooms, complemented

The first floor is comprised of two bedrooms, a double bedroom, which
comes complete with a quaint Maltese balcony, fully decked out with
table and chairs – perfect for having breakfast in. Another bedroom can
be found upon entering the apartment, a twin one with two single beds.
Both these bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, and enjoy the use of a
family bathroom located on the same floor.
Upon ascending onto the first floor, one finds the main, double bedroom –
a beautifully adorned room embellished with neutral colours to set a
calm aura for a place of rest. This bedroom also has the comfort of
having its own en suite bathroom, equipped with shower and modern
finishing throughout.
The topmost floor is engulfed by light and is out-shined by the
impressive terrace overlooking Malta's Grand Harbour. The open plan
kitchen/living/dining is characterized by sleek modern furniture,
including pops of colour to contrast with the contemporary neutral
walls. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for creating
mouth-watering home-cooked meals. The living area is defined by two
plush 3-seater sofas, which frame the led TV. Another family bathroom is
located just off of this area, equipped with a shower – ideal for a
post-hot-tub wash. The terrace is the main focus of this floor, flooding
the whole area with natural light. On the terrace one may find outdoor
dining facilities, perfect for group meals al fresco. The hot tub gives
the penthouse that additional lush feel, beckoning anyone with a promise
of utmost relaxation. The sun loungers are ideal for catching up on
some rays, perfect for our sweltering Maltese summers. The view from the
terrace is truly breathtaking. The Grand Harbour shines in all its
splendour beneath you, reminding you why the name 'Grand' befits it
perfectly.
Parking is possible on the street and the neighbouiring ones, however,
it comes at a price. Parking in the Capital City comes at a charge.
